Permitted Uses

• Sharing links to Sportami articles on social media, blogs, or other platforms
• Brief quotations with proper attribution and a link back to the original article
• Personal, non-commercial reading and reference

Prohibited Uses

• Reproducing full articles or substantial portions without written permission
• Repackaging our analysis, summaries, or intelligence as your own content
• Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic downloading of content without prior written permission
• Using bots, spiders, scrapers, or API-based extraction tools to access or collect content
• Framing, mirroring, or creating derivative works from our content

AI Training Restrictions

You may not use content from Sportami to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop machine learning or artificial intelligence models without explicit written authorization from Toutami, Inc.. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using articles or analysis as training data for language models
• Scraping content for inclusion in AI training datasets
• Using our content to build competing sports content products
• Systematic collection of content through any automated means for model development

Dataset Restrictions

Content from Sportami may not be included in any dataset, corpus, or collection intended for redistribution, commercial use, or model training without explicit written authorization from Toutami, Inc.. We block known AI training crawlers via robots.txt. Search engine crawlers that index content for search results are permitted.

Intellectual Property
